The weather has been pretty messed up this summer . It's August ,and the grass is still green . Most of the evenings bring thunderstorms along . Rain and bhaji's , pakodas go hand in hand . Junior studies health and nutrition at school and that means nothing more than trouble to mom . He watches me like a hawk keeping an eye on how much oil I am using, whether the salt is within limits and the list goes on . He loves Vada-Pav but was reluctant to eat it because it's fried . I was thinking about making puffs when the thought of baking vada pav crossed my mind . Once again the bread maker was at my service .
